This McDonald's used to be the best one in Grand Rapids, however, it's taken a large nosedive. My husband and I used to... regularly go here through the drive thru (ordering through the app for their discount) for breakfast, and when I bring my phoneup there with the code they specified, they can never find my damn food. We have had to fight them more than once in order toget our food, and by the time we receive it, it's bland and cold. It's honestly not worth the time spent driving there early inthe morning. I've learned that it's better to just make your own Sausage Egg and Cheese McMuffin at home. Buy the ingredientsyourself, have leftovers, and save money. The amount of incompetence from the staff leads me to believe that they don't evenwant to be there in the first place, or even care how they make your food. I really give this place a shrug when we drive by itnow, when before it used to be one of my favourite places to stop for a quick bite of greasy fast food after a hangover. Read more
