I just wanted to let you know that your cookies saved me on my 24 hour race this past weekend. I managed to squeak out 100k (62... miles) and I had packed some of your cookies in my bag from MT specifically for this race in NC. Not only are they amazinggluten free cookies but they were the perfect treat after miles on the course when needing nourishment. I ordered the gluten free assortment of cookies from Monica?s Gourmet Cookies ($50+ through Goldbelly) and I really don?t... recommend them. They taste almost freezer burnt, are super dry, and have a weird texture...almost like there is hard chunks oftaffy or something inside. At first I thought this might just be the case with the lemon cookie but the others in the assortmentwere just as bad. So, I would say, save your money and buy a gluten free box mix or cookies from the store (like Tate?s GFchocolate chip) if you?re looking for gluten free cookies. Read more
I am absolutely obsessed with the Iced Lemon and Iced Lemon Raspberry cookies! These cookies are cooked to perfection and still... have some cookie dough flavor. They?re super soft and quite literally melt in your mouth. I love that my local gas stationsells these! Read more
I ordered these cookies for Christmas gifts to extended family. They were delivered promptly, and were delicious when opened. ... It was great to share with distant family some great cookies, while supporting a local bakery. The only downside was that I hadto put in each order individually, and not in bulk. Not a big deal for me, put if you have 15+ orders, you might want to avoidthe website and call them instead. Read more
