This is by far the best Ramen in the State! With visiting ramen shops across the state of Michigan this is without a doubt the... place to go. With my bowl feeding 3 other hungry kids and the awesome staff, I will be certainly be coming back on a regularoccasion! Read more

I attended the soft opening on Nov 6th and it was so great! The employees were so kind and the owner, Chris, was genuine and... enthusiastic. I got the strawberry Sakura boba and the miso ramen. Both were delicious! I’m so excited to try their boozy bobawhen it comes out and I can’t wait to see Noodle Pig evolve and become a part of this community. Welcome to the neighborhood,Noodle Pig! Living in the Detroit area gives me a lot of options of incredible restaurants by extremely talented chefs and I can say... Noodlepig puts Grand Rapids on the food scene map! I took my familiy there for a soft opening Friday night and there was apretty big line when we got there. We were given menus while in line which explains how you can create your own ramen bowl oryou can pick a signature bowl which we did - they have other choices as well. The line moved fast and the staff wassuper-friendly and we were able to order quickly. We ordered the namesake Noodlepig bowl and also had the Katsu Kare (myfavorite) and Miso bowl. The kids were honestly there for the boba, which I previously had in San Francisco and didn\'t reallycare for. These boba drinks were fresh and fully of flavor - I hear they will have boba infused cocktails soon so a good excuseto go back. Also while waiting for our ramen bowls we saw them serve up a Katsu Sando XL, a panko-fried pork cutlet sandwichwhich almost made me regret just getting the ramen bowl - but i\'ll be back for that for sure. The ramen bowls were fresh andfull of flavor - I could spend a few paragraphs describing the textures, flavors and flavor combinations. You would think thisplace is a local favorite in Chicago. It can seem sophisticated with unfamiliar named items for some but it\'s unpretentiousand great place for a business lunch, family dinner, or first date! Read more

I have been looking forward to Noodle Pig’s opening for a long time. We came here for the soft opening and had the most... wonderful experience! Amazing customer service from Chris and his rockstar team. We ordered build-your-own ramen and boba, absolutely delicious house-made noodles and flavorful broth. We definitely slurped all the way until the last drop! In addition, love love their mission of combating child hunger. Can’t wait to try everything else on the menu! Read more

Ramen broth and plating is an art and Noodlepig nailed it.\n\nUnlike any other ramen I’ve had. I’m going to be thinking... about this meal for a long time! Our table got three different bowls and each was unique and delicious.\n\nOh, and the boba isalso on point. It’s hard to not make brown sugar boba too sweet but the sweetness here is just right.\n\nMust try: theirsignature Noodlepig dish. It has CHEESE in it. I wasn’t sure about that part. But it’s actually one of the things that makesit so terrific. Read more

On the 3rd of November, 2022, I was invited to the soft opening of NoodlePig as a birthday gift from my dad. I ordered Shoyu, a... Japanese Café Latte, and a drink called Hata Kosen from their Grab-n-go fridge. Every single bite of my dish, Shoyu, had meface-first into the bowl. It was so delicious! Not only was the food good but the store looked beautiful. The staff wereexcitable and friendly as they took orders and prepared dishes. NoodlePig has to be my favorite restaurant to date. If you wantauthentic Japanese food and a warm smile, this is the place to go!\n\nGood luck on all of you endeavors, Noodle Piggies. Mayyour future be prosperous. Read more
