I love Panera. However, this visit somehow was almost 18.00 per person. I understand inflation, but be prepared for higher... prices. I was shocked as this is my first in person visit since the covid shutdown in 2020. Food was amazing. Soups weredelicious. Staff was gracious and friendly. Read more
One of my favorite places to eat. Everything is good and the service is fast.
The lady that was packing my food was amazing. She was so busy, she did not stop to converse with her coworkers at all. She was... focused and so nice. The person I was with yelled at her for my order and she politely just said she there were a few ordersahead of me and got my order right out. She was amazing and extremely patient. Read more
Worst Panera ever. I order from here multiple times a week and it's always a terrible experience. They are 15 minutes early... consistently, which if you work, means your lunch sits for 15 minutes before your break. I've specifically asked multipletimes for no tomato on all of my sandwiches, yet they always put them on. The food is poorly prepared and sloppy. They forgetutensils, sides, and occasionally a part of a you pick two. Worst Panera ever. Save your money and get something from somewhereelse. UPDATED 7-25-18: I placed another order here on accident, thinking it was coming from a different location, and theygave me an expired (received my order on 7-25-18, the lemonade says 'best before July 20 2018') bottle of lemonade. Not the most convenient location and the guy waiting on me was rushed to get get me to order since I couldn't remember my... rewards number. He just had to wait until I figured it out. Too bad. No validation for parking so I won't go out of my way topark here and pay for it just to give them more business. The hot chocolate was watered down. The pecan roll was cold and theydidn't bother to ask if I wanted it heated. Overall, an unfriendly ND worthless Panera Bread. Read more
Definitely not the place to get a breakfast sandwich! We were in the building with nothing to do and decided to get breakfast.... My husband ordered the ham, egg, and cheese sandwich and I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and we ordered a drinkwith it. It came to over $11 and it was a waste of money in our opinion. The sandwiches had a very thin layer of meat on themand there was literally no taste. Not only was the meal overpriced but it definitely did not satisfy our appetite. The locationwas clean and the service was good but I think the food is definitely overpriced. I did post a picture of some of the menu also. Read more
Would STRONGLY suggest you go somewhere else. You're food will be at least 20 minutes later than they say and even after that... there's only a 50% chance it will have been made correctly. The staff are very slow and unprofessional. Many better placesnearby. Read more
