Really long wait for anything. Bagels seem to be in very short supply anytime I go in. Last time I was there every coffee pot... was empty. A line of 12 people with one cashier. The cashier kept yelling into the back for help. He finally had to leave theline up of people to bring new coffee pots out, all the while, several employees in the back talking. Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the salad I got had bad greens. But I would go again because I usually don't have any... issues with their food. And when I called them about the bad salad they apologized and gave me free food voucher to make up forit. Read more
We order from this Panera all the time, and usually they are pretty good. But recently they've been leaving entire items out of... our orders and skimping on items (especially soup). We've had orders missing a sandwich, then a soup and now a cookie! Please bemore aware of your deliveries and quality assurance! Read more

Avoid this place on Sat afternoons. It took over 25 minutes to get my ?rapid pick up? chicken sandwich. The team manager Connor... walked by the long line of pick up customers three times showing zero concern. The downtown GR location is by far superior! Read more
super slow. took over 30 minutes for food. a line of people waiting for food. the restaurant was empty except everyone waiting.... no french baguettes. how does panera bread not have bread?!?! no straws out by drinks. sticky floors, trash overflowing withdirty dishes, messy. i?ve gone here for years and the service and quality of food has really tanked. Placed a catering order the morning it was needed for and the individual team member in charge of catering on her own that day... made it happen even earlier than anticipated. I can't remember her name but she was very sweet on the phone and our whole teamwas thankful to have lunch ready when break began! I would consider this customer service to have been above and beyond today. Read more
The restaurant was warm and inviting upon entering. When we were ready to order the customer in front of us spent a long time... updating the staff on her personal vacation and other life events. It would have been easy for the staff member she was talkingwith to ask her to step aside so they could keep chatting while we checked out with the other employee working the register, butno one suggested that so we waited several minutes to order. Our food came out pretty quickly! The soup in a bread bowl Iordered was delicious, never had the creamy chicken & rice before and will certainly have it again. Nice chewy and crispy bread.The sandwich my husband ordered looked okay at first, but then I noticed all the greens on it looked frost damaged. The lettucethey were using must have gotten too cold, it shouldn't be used in that condition. I am glad I hadn't ordered a salad. Read more
