Absolutely disgusting! Food wasn?t doesn?t ready when we arrived. Waited longer for our food and was served undercooked food.

Placed my order and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. Called them 4 times only to be hung up on each time. They never answered the... phone. The order page still says they're making the order. If they had answered the phone and explained things, I'd have beenunderstanding. But since nobody answers the phone, I'll be turning them away when they show up to deliver the pizza. They'll begetting no money from me for this horrible service. Read more
This is your typical Pizza Hut restaurant. If you've had Pizza Hut before, you know what to expect. I like the food here once in... a while. It's nothing special, but it is a good value for the money and it tastes pretty good. I definitely recommend the PANpizza. Their 2-liters are always ice cold as well. Read more
First time trying the stuffed crust pizza -- SO GOOD ! Personally, I think Pizza Hut has one of the best sauces out there.... Having tried other pizza places before, I get so tired of red pepper flakes being added to the sauce -- REALLY DON'T like them. It should be an option for people to use or refuse. Pizza Hut sauce is just perfect all on its own. I guess we won't be seeingoptional items like artichokes or spinach (which would make me happy), but I'm content with Pizza Hut's well made pizzas. Theyoffer loads of topping options which are delicious. Guess if I want the 'less requested' kinds of toppings, I'll have to go backto making my own pizza, lol ! Very scrimpy with the toppings. There?s supposed to be ham on the pizza, but they had tiny skinny strips only 2 or 3 on each... piece. Ordered green olives & mushrooms on half & they were scrimpy, too. The crust looks like a big bubble & makes it so theydon?t have to put many toppings on the pizza at all. The pizza was very thin. Will not go back to Plainfield Pizza Hut again. I ordered online and went to the store 20 minutes later. They didn't even know I... had ordered. Ran a couple errands and came back 30 minutes later. Waited about 5 minutes before being helped. After we got homeand started eating, my girlfriend found a hair on one of her pieces of pizza. The wings tasted and looked like they were made atthe beginning of the day and sat in the bowl til they got nuked in the microwave when I ordered. Will drive the little extradistance and order at Alpine from now on. Read more
Figured I would leave a good review seeing as the overall rating isn?t that good. However, in my experience this place has been... really good. They fixed their mistake when I order a few weeks ago. I will say that it seems they are low staffed and theworkers as present don?t get paid enough and are working to extensive day in and day out to keep up with demand of a highquality product. I do not believe it is the employees fault for some of the negative reviews on here. They need help in thekitchen. They do the best they can given the circumstances and go above and beyond. Read more
