Ordered 2 pizzas and had a free boneless wings because last time they forgot them on a takeout order. Paid for pizzas and gave... them certificate for wings, only to find wings forgotten again. Employees have no communication or energy. Pizza was actuallygood which is the irony of it all. Customer service should be the easy part especially when it?s ordered ahead. Read more

Both pizzas were burnt, dried out, and extremely greasy. We ended up throwing the second pizza away. VERY disappointed. UPDATE... (07/2022) WORST PIZZA IN A LONG TIME. How about making a pizza that is actually edible? Not a pizza with crust that is difficultto bite into, a pizza that has empty spots with not even sauce and gets burnt, a pizza where the cheese in the stuffed crustisn't melted out and is basically non-existent, a pizza with "some" pepperoni on one half and NONE on the other?!? This is literally the worst location i have ever dealt with!!! Twice i didn?t get my pizza!!!! Second time they didn?t even... call. They just decided to waste the dash drivers time and mine too! My order was supposed to be done at 5:50 It?s 6:10 and not one employee anywhere in sight. I?ve called 4 times no one... answers Finally went inside, waited another 10 mins, so 30 mins over the time my food was done. I ordered a family size pasta which was delicious. However, I asked for 2 additional ranch cups, and I was charged for them. I... tried calling 3 times and I was hung up on 3 times. It's annoying. I would recommend when calling and adding something likesauce or an add on -- ask them to make sure it's part of your order when it goes out. Two stars because the pasta was delicious. Read more
Pizza hut is my favorite pizza! i need a personal thin crust pizza. i'm not a fan of the pan, but it's good when it's small!
