Super nice employees and nice soup, salad, and sandwich menu. We had a turkey avacado and a veggie sandwich. Both were flavorful... and very filling. The vegetable soup tasted just like mom's. I'll be back. Read more

We stopped for lunch. Disappointed that they no longer do smoothies, but they do still have our favorite Mac n Cheese.... Moderately priced. We had a reg sandwich, bowl of Mac n cheese, 2 chips, 2 drinks, and a cookie for $23.27. Food is fresh andmade to order, very tasty. The staff was nice. Restaurant was well kept and clean. I walked in lookin all kinds of homely. Never been to one of these chains before. Easy enough to navigate. Like an upscale... subway. I ordered a prime rib sub, some chips, and a banana smoothie. What impressed me most is how easily chatty and excitedthe staff was. I sat in my little corner and watched the happenings as I munched and had a grand time! Atmosphere is bright andfriendly, had no issues with the food. Price point is a bit high for such simple fare, but I?ll be back again sometime. Keep upthe good service! Read more
Friendly staff and quick service. Wreck is always my favorite sandwich. Accessibility: There are no steps to enter. There is... enough space for a person in a wheelchair to navigate the restaurant. They have a sign that people who need assistance shouldjust ask (standard in potbelly restaurants) due to high counters when tell them what you would like on your sandwich. Read more
I have been a customer at PotBelly?s since the day they opened up. The food and staff have always been great. Stephanie the... manager though, is on a different level! I used to eat at the 28th street location weekly when living in GR. I moved away yearsago and now go to the Holland location. After years of not seeing Stephanie, I ran into her at the Holland branch, and sheimmediately remembered me and made me feel like a very valued customer!
