The food was what I expect from QDOBA but the restaurant was filthy. It made me question the food safety because the rest of the... restaurant looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. All of the tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped even thoughthere were 5 workers and no customers in line. The counter by the cash register had food on it and my burrito was slid to methrough the mess. The wall behind the employee hand washing station was dirty. The bathroom had layers of grime on the sink andfloors. All of the floors were dirty. A booth seat was broken. The owner and managers should be ashamed. Read more

Oh buddy this is particular Qdoba is a wreck. We stopped around 6 PM and were the only ones in line but no employee even... acknowledged our existence for a few minutes. They continued working on online orders until they felt like taking our order.There was one young blonde lady who was standing doing nothing at the register this whole time. Well, nothing isn't accurate,she was checking her Snapchat and ticktock from time to time. She continued to check her phone periodically even while ringingup our order. After getting out food we searched for a single clean table, there was none. Asked if they could clean one andthey gave an eye roll, and didn't even acknowledge the request. I know finding good employees right now is a challenge, but thisis beyond that. Need new management desperately. Won't be back to this one anytime. Corporate should really take a hard lookhere. Stopped by Friday night 9/9/2022. Two guys working were awesome and handled the orders like champs. Didn?t complain pretty sure... one or two people called in sick so they had to manage the store themselves. Food was great and they did a great job servingthe customers while short staffed. Bravo. My father wanted me to post about his experience from today. The following is what he wrote. So, I go into the Qdoba at the E... Beltline NE location, I got ready to pay and the Manager asked did I want to use my free queso and chips rewards? I said yes. Inoticed what I had ordered was higher then I expected, so I ask for my receipt. The manager looked at the receipt for awhilelike he knew something was wrong too. So he gave it to me. I looked at it and seen that I had paid for my free queso. I askedhim about it and he had no excuse but to say we just take a portion off not the whole price. I then said, don?t free means free.So I asked for My money back and he you will lose you free queso reward. Customer service is nonexistent in this restaurant.People need to learn what free means and know how to treat customers. And was not the friendliest person. This person could havefixed this but he chose not to. I will never go into that location again. Read more

The mens room is at the absolute worst shape. I bet it is not cleaned for weeks . The folks charged me for queso when they ... scraped the bowl and gave me the last of it & when asked to check at the back, they came up with a new bowl of it . So notfair. Not coming back to this untidy place. Read more

The non managerial staff are very rude, lack customer service skills, and act as if you're an inconvenience. If they don't want... to work with people or can't provide sincere service, they shouldn't be working. It creates terrible experiences! Read more

Avoid this place on Sunday afternoon. Normally it is fast, friendly and delicious. The team today was the opposite. Went in for... lunch and had to wait for 15 minutes because the staff could not complete a large order. Two young men were working on the bigorder and the poor young girl was doing the entire front line and register by herself. The manager was rushing in the back togrill more chicken with her earbuds in. By the time I got to the front of the line the taller guy told the girl ?do these onlineorders before his? right in front of me. She started to apologize but by then it had been 20+ minutes and I needed to catch mybus, so I just left. No idea why he could not have apologized and served me and the others in the line before stoppingeverything for the handful of online orders. I am sure the manager had no clue what was happening. I felt bad for the young girlbeing bossed around by the tall guy and doing everything alone. Beware. Read more

i love qdoba i eat here a couple times a month. i always get the 3 cheese nachos and today a worker up charged me for white... rice. I get the same thing every-time and never once have i been up charged for a scoop of white rice. very unpleased with myhome location i will now be traveling a greater distance where i?m not up charged for a scoop of white rice.
