If I could rate a negative 100 I would. My husband and I came to Qdoba on Northland tonight because when we ordered it for... delivery they were out of multiple items. So we got free entree coupons. We came in and again they were out of steak, shrimp andcouldn't even fully cook our quesadillas, she tried to flip after 15 seconds which dumped out 80% of the stuff inside of ourquesadillas. Which the girls laughed that it dumped all over. I am not one to complain, but goodness the people you have workingthere especially the girls cashing out are by far the worst customer service we've ever experienced. The cheese was no wherenear melted or cooked. Which they continued to laugh in our faces. We finally just took our stuff and left. Horrible service,the staff have no idea what they are doing. What a shame. The manager was so clueless that he even laughed. I don't writereviews, but goodness what an awful experience and the people before us and after us who ordered were very upset. The staff atthis place was the worst customer service we've ever experienced. We will be making sure we let others know how poorly we theservice is nowadays. Unbelievable to say the least. Just had a very unpleasant experience at the Northland Dr location. I came and ordered 2 adult protein bowls and chose the kids... 2 taco meal. I asked the young lady working, "Is the ground beef at all spicy?" I was informed that they didn't think so. I gethome and both my young kids spit the food out and say it's spicy. I then call and talk to the manager on staff, (Sunday Aug. 282022 5pm) her name being Sara. I asked can you please substitute the meal out maybe tomorrow for just a simple quesadilla due tous living not close because the meat was spicy, which it was. She said, "It's not spicy and no I can't substitute anything (witha terrible attitude)." I said fine, I'll call corporate and we'll take care of it that way. How rude and unprofessional from amanager out of all people. Something so simple to accommodate is left unresolved. Now, I'll turn it into corporate as well asthe Better Business Bureau. Just to make a point in not acting like this toward customers. Read more

Eight employees behind the counter. Quick glance for a place to sit? Every single table was filthy! Shredded cheese, Lettuce,... Beans, Quac Chucks, etc all over the tables. Train your staff on how to clean!!!!!! Read more

Normally Qudoba is fairly good. However this location needs better management. 1) they didn't have the shrimp as it was in the... freezer 2) they were out of guacamole 3) their printer was broken so you couldn't get a receipt. As of this was poor executionand made me wonder about the food overall. I would avoid this location. Read more

I'm usually a rival (Chipotle) girl but I decided to try Qdoba since I was right next door. I was not disappointed. Their queso... and guac don't cost extra and are both great! So many options for the build your own bowl type deal and it was quite affordablefor how much food you get. I was impressed and will definitely be back. Read more

Curbside Pickup is not the same as ordering ahead. The point is to not need to leave the vehicle. When you have a newborn child... in the vehicle, removing the carseat just so that you can go in to get your food is difficult. My 36wk pregnant wife(fortunately baby hasn't arrived just yet) ordered Curbside pickup; entered her vehicle info and everything. It's good that thebaby wasn't with her nor our 4yr old. If the food isn't going to be brought to the car, it really ought not be listed as anoption. If a manager sees this and confirms this situation will be corrected in the future, I'll remove this review. I don'thave time nor the patience to sit on the phone to report this issue. Hopefully this brings the issue to your attention and isfixed one way or the other. Read more

This place is a walking calamity, and it wasn't even busy yet. This poor man two spots ahead of me was upset because he was... charged for water. The man behind him said he has been waiting ten minutes for veggies. They veggies were in the grill but noone was attending. They continued to start more orders but no one's order was getting finished. Orders began being misplaced,put in wrong bags etc. People were becoming upset because we were all on a lunch break. Left the establishment to find my foodcold, and kind of soggy. Not even sure what I had in my quesadilla to make it soggy, but it was gross. I seem to keep seeingthis problem in the Plainfield area. A lot of kids trying their best with no proper management. It's hard to be angry at themwhen they are being set up for failure by poor management. Read more
