DISAPPOINTED/FEEL RIPPED OFF Decided to try for the first time. I ordered off the menu that they had listed on the web page.... Order what said it was a $27 filet cooked medium. I ordered take out. Instead of $27 I was charged $42 & told the websitewasn't correct. Sorry. So I paid double what I planned on paying because I trusted what the website said. Silly Me! The bestpart was my steak was so thin and over cooked, literally burned on the edges, that I paid $42 for the sides that came with thesteak. Next time I will stick to The Bluewater Grill up the street. Glad I tested this out before bringing my business clientshere. Read more
The seasoning they use on their steaks and fajitas, including shrimp and steak fajitas, is the best we've ever tasted! They... don't mind if you share plates which is great, and the service is very friendly. The salads are just amazing. Even though wewere sharing a dinner, our half salads were really large! If you order a steak, however, you should check to make sure it'scooked the way you request it. Even though ours was cooked a bit more than we asked for, it was still tender and absolutelydelicious! There is also a woodsy area on the property and you can choose to eat either outdoors or in a screened-in porch room,which is really a nice option. Great service from our waitress and the cheesy fries with ranch were great both times we went. The main course (burger the 1st... time, grilled chicken the 2nd) was dissapointingly overcooked and felt a little overpriced for the quality of the food. Thefirst time we went, they gave us the wrong food and the salad's lettuce was old and brown. I wouldn't recommend coming here ifyou love meat, but the apps are awesome and the service was adequate! Took my kids here a few times for dinner, and they love it here. They enjoy being able to draw on the table, because they place... a huge piece of paper, as a table cloth on the table. I saw this place on google and the passed by it in person. Decided to give it a try when I was back in town. It is a nice... establishment. The decor is kind of old west ranch style. I liked the nostalgia. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Thefood was good especially the mash with gravy. Our waitress gave us extra bread to take home before we left. Best experience I've had in a long time. Our waiter was really nice and fun, and she made sure to ask about every side we could... ever want. (Ask for Kelly) The tables are great for children because they are covered in paper and they give us a pack ofcrayons. The food was the best! I would recommend the steak medium or medium well.
