Went to this place 2 years ago was awesome, went Dec, 2 2022 was absolutely horrible, food and service. Got there at 3,45pm got... out at 545. Took 45 minutes to get waited on, hour to get our cold nasty food. People were coming in getting waited on servedand left before we got our cold nasty food. Waitress kept saying our order was up be right back.over and over. Never again. Weonly had 6 people in our group. We were all nice to them. They had no reason for the worst service and nasty cold food. Read more

Overall I believe that the service of this place is genuine. I believe that there are a few things that could go smoother but I... think that it's a great place to be. Just from picking up an order the previous night it was fast and very kind. However whatrubbed me the wrong way and why I'm giving it three stars was overhearing a conversation with the cashier and someone who seemedupset with their order. Mentioning how it was very hard to keep staff and many people were quiting. Which is understandable, especially working in the food business. However, I don't believe that should be the tell all that's why they didn't get theirfood or why that costumers service wasn't the best. But overall, very pleasant place, might go back if it's not extremely busy. Read more

We (2 adults, 2 kids under 10) came in at about 1130am on a Sunday and it wasn't very busy. We were going to go to the 76th St... Diner but it was packed. It took about 5 minutes before anyone came to seat us, however that was really the only complaint wehad. The food was good for what it was (diner food quality, I got a BLT with sweet potato fries, wife got fish n chips, kids gotburgers, all was good). Breakfast was stopped being served at 11am I think, so no brunch, which was a bummer. Everything cameout hot and it was only about a 10 minute wait maybe 15. It was about $10 a person. Would go back. Russ' is one of my favorite restaurants. Highly recommend it, and not just because of the name. Delicious food, friendly staff... and atmosphere, and tasty baked goods. They have fantastic onion rings and fries. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner it doesn't matterwhich you choose; the food options are solid and will leave you satisfied. Read more

I and a couple of friends met up at Russ for breakfast. The service was ok, but not great. The issue I have with Russ is s... their breakfast menu is such that one has to order much more than one should eat. That also means that one needs to pay more forthe time with friends than one should. For example, my friend ordered French toast for his breakfast. It was a huge plate fullof carbs. Actually,it would have been plenty for all three of us to share. I think that Russ should consider providing a verysmall portion breakfast menu. Overall, the food was tasty. There was just too much for a healthy diet. Read more

This was my 1st time at this particular Russ. The drive thru was slow but the food was decent, filling. The meatloaf Stacker I... got tasted somewhat different from the other Russ. The onion rings were very good though. I'll go back and try somethingdifferent Read more

We eat at Russ Restaurant no less than 2 times a week for years. I feel like I am eating at home. No need to wear fancy... outfits, having two forks, or hoping for champagne. It is a great family restaurant just because it is clean, safe, and goodservice for us older folks, families, hungry elderly, and kids. It is always supported by solo eaters, seniors, Veterans, grandkids, and families. Love their desserts, too. Annita List and Family. Read more
