We love sushi and decided to try this little place out. Very impressed. It was very clean, staff was freiendly,service was good,... and the food was good! We tried several sushi rolls, beef fried rice, calamari, miso and all were great. I was impressed withthere fried rice. Seems hard to find good fried rice these days and they nailed it! Read more
Stumbled on this place. Exceeded our expectations. Excellent sushi, so tasty and fresh. Had Yum Yum roll, Spider Roll, Green... Monster roll, Spicy Tuna roll, and Spicy tuna Poke Bowl. Large portions for sushi. Everything was delicious. Read more
Stumbled upon this gem of a place by accident while looking for something to eat. Although I'm not a huge fan of seafood. What I... ate change my mind. The poke bowl in particular was amazing. With the combination of eel sauce and spicy mayo, I never thoughtthat something this perfect on a dish. There's also a great selection of Japanese cuisine and alcohol. I've heard nothing but good things about Simple Fish. We finally got around to trying it and it did not deliver. After being sat... and had our drink orders taken (4 waters), our drinks didn't come out until shortly before our food. The sushi rolls werenothing special and the sashimi didn't really taste that fresh. I left one piece of sashimi because I couldn't tell if there wasa vein or a worm in it. Better safe than sorry. Our servers were maskless and one of them was surrounded by body odor that youcouldn't ignore. He probably was working very hard, but unfortunately, that affected our appetite. It didn't help that we weresat in the middle of the restaurant so we were constantly exposed to it as he was walking back and forth. One of the sushi chefswas laughing at a take out customer after he left. Apparently his request for enough sauces for three people was funny? Goodthing there are plenty of other better sushi restaurants around. Read more
It's a really nice, slick little place with excellent food. I had a spicy tuna roll which was really good, but the spicy salmon... roll was out of this world. On top of that, they have the gluten free options marked on the menu and GF soy sauceavailable. I'll definitely be back. Read more
The sushi was pretty good. We plan on coming back. They did a great job accommodating a gluten allergy.
