I've been to this location numerous times within the last year as it's the closest to me. In the beginning, I was treated with... disrespect and felt like I didn't belong. Often times I go to treat myself for a positive uplift. One time I even cried when Igot to my vehicle. As I returned and emotionally prepared, the service was better. Honestly, I my feeling is that you need toknow what you want and be prepared ahead of time. Know that you can use reward points, make sure your card is loaded on the appand eliminate anything that would cause a delay. The less I inconvenience them, the better service I get...sad, but true. Sincethey are the most convenient for me, I have learned how to adapt. Who knows what is going on behind the scenes. We're all human. Read more
Food and drink was great as always, but the person taking orders was rude. There's no indication of where a line to order starts... and where people are milling about waiting for their order, so not cool to have the guy grumpily yell at you that the linestarts on the other side of the pickup area. Funny it says open till 8 online but when you show up they say 6. Should really be on top of your game and change it. Just drove... 10min to get latte and guy says sorry I already cleaned it then says we close at 6. This was at 5:50 I can only do coffee. Evenif you close at 6 I should be able to get what I want, disappointed Starbucks. I guess someone else is getting my business now Read more

I purchased a latte at this location and it felt eerily light. I unfortunately didn't pop the lid off and take a look at it... until I was already on the road. It wasn't a latte at all. I'd dare to call it some sort of cappuccino / bubble bath hybrid, andI'd be lying if I said it didn't taste like one also. I'll give the barista the benefit of the doubt and say it was a lack oftraining, but I'm surprised they would let an untrained employee work the bar. I most likely won't be returning unless Starbucksdeems me worthy of some sympathy swag, then I'll consider it. Read more
Would receive 5 stars due to all the wonderful baristas here and amazing location that it is, but the manager can?t seem to kick... it. She not only SEVERELY disrespects all her workers and chooses to avoid training new workers, due to her childish impatiencethat enables her ?unable? to work with them, but she also drinks on the job and takes advantage of the business in many waysbehind the scenes. She has unreasonably gotten away with a multitude of complaints that fly in from both workers and customersalike throughout the year. The company needs to finally figure out why she isn?t fired and get on it and replace her. Read more
