Ordered online via the Subway app for pickup and when I arrived at the store, they told me someone else had picked up my order.... They offered to remake the sandwiches, but they were out of white bread and I was in a rush, so I asked for a refund. Themanager told me for a refund, I had to dispute the order through the app which I did when I got home. I then received an emailfrom her saying that the best she could do is a gift card for their store or remake the sandwiches since I used a "third-party"app. I eat Subway quite often and I've been refunded directly from stores before when I've used the app, so, I'm not surewhat's so different about them. I really didn't like the fact when I pulled up to the building, that two of their employees were outside by the doorway smoking... a blunt...Then I go inside and order 2 subs, a bottled water and a 20oz coke and it comes to $28..I know for a fact , that I wasovercharged and I will NEVER go to the Leonard Street Subway again. Worst bunch of employees I have ever seen, I will never go back. Nasty and unwelcoming. When I was up to order (no one ordering... or in line to order except me and my girlfriend) she just stared at me, no greeting, no questions as to what I would like...just a blank stare like she wanted to fight. Every question after that was one nasty unwelcoming word. This girl should work asa mortician so she can be a nasty person to people that can't hear her. if the owner is seeing this my visit was 9/21/22 around1pm. Read more

Not sure what happened here but don?t trust online ordering. Paid extra for extra toppings which normally come on a sandwich and... both were completely missing? $15 for one sandwich at a fast food place is absolutely obscene to start, yet they can?t even addthe actual toppings that come on a preset menu item? Ridiculous. Also ordered ahead for a specific time and food was cold andclearly had been setting out for some time. That?s a health hazard at that point. Read more

Fast but rudest ppl you'll ever meet. No one in the place except me tonight. Lady took a good minute to come out from the back... and couldn't even greet me let alone look at me. Every question was short with an attitude like she would rather be anywhereelse. I asked for mustard and mayo on my sub. I like mustard but not for my food to be drenched. There's no going back from theamount she put on. She also threw food on the floor...seriously. It was a banana pepper, guess it looked a little funky soinstead of throwing it in the trash it went on the floor. She looked at me 1 time the whole interaction. This is just 1 exampleof how rude they can be here BUT its super close to home so probably just going to keep coming. Read more

Horrible workers here won't be back they were supposed to make me a BLT sub and when my husband got back with it I took one bite... it was all bread. HOW RIDICULOUS wow! I opened the sandwich and there is literally like 4 tomatoes just a very few shreds oflettuce gobs of mayo and a few slices of bacon for a foot long. I called there and the girl told me I had to be respectful???Like seriously??? Do your job right!!!threw out the sub...waste of money! Girl you need to look online to see what a BLT sub issupposed to look like or quit that job because you're no sandwich artist. Read more

Wow. I ordered a cold cut on the app. I asked for extra lettuce but they must be dyslexic because there's virtually zero... lettuce. When I picked up my sub I asked for extra lettuce because I really like a lot of lettuce on my sandwichthe guy who gaveme my sandwich told me that he put a ton of lettuce on it. I guess his definition of a ton is way less then mine. Verydisappointedmainly because when I picked it up I made sure he knew I really wanted extra lettuce. Very disappointed Read more
