If I could do no stars, I would. Placed an order on door dash. More than half my order was missing and I got random stuff I... didn't order. Raised issue through door dash, they pushed a redelivery. My 2nd driver messaged me saying someone took my orderas a "to-go". I called the store and instantly got hung up on. Called a second time, tried explaining the issue and got hung upon in the middle of explaining. Called back a 3rd time and the manager, assumingly, started the call off by barking that theymade the order 2 times and are not making it again. Horrible customer service and a horrible partner restaurant for Door Dash.Would not recommend this location and would not recommend Door Dash to partner with this location anymore either. Line is back up to serve 12 cars and only 3 employees working. The food was improperly cooked couldn't even complain because my... appetite was already spoiled. It was useless to even bother for a complain because I would of waited another 15 min just to getserved again so, i prefer my peace instead. Read more

They were in the middle of a lunch rush and clearly needed more staffing, which is beyond their control, BUT the manager who... was present wasn't helping his team with setup or lobby/delivery orders. Nothing was communicated to any of the customersregarding the incredibly long wait, they just let everyone stand there. I had been waiting 30 minutes for my order and theyforecasted another 15 on top of that. Another manager came in and was just about useless. I voiced my concern and the youngcolored female made a racial comment towards me and the colored male manager allowed it and laughed then told her not to make myorder until last. This is completely unacceptable. I understand the staffing shortage, but the service and behaviors are VERYunprofessional and rude. I am going to be contacting corporate for the derogatory comment that was made. Read more

Ordered delivery, which our poor delivery driver waited over an hour to get. She was told they were closing, but they were... supposed to be open for another 4 hours. When we finally got the food, absolutely nothing was right and it would have onlyequaled about half our order if it had been right. We called 6 times before they actually talked on the phone instead ofanswering and immediately hanging up. They did not care and were all laughing in the background. After we hung up, they calledback to shout "don't call here again." I've never experienced such unprofessional service before, but it sounded like a bunchof teenagers, so I'm not surprised. We threw the little bit of food we would have eaten in the trash because we couldn't trustit had been cooked or hadn't been spat in. This staff will quickly run this place out of business. Read more

Just came through to order my usual on a quick lunch break from work, which is an unfortunately bland fresco bean burrito... because of various food allergies. When repeating the order back to me, the worker on the drive thru headset stated ?so you wanta burrito with just beans, onions and tomatoes?? I simply stated ?yes.? He told me to pull forward as he continued laughing.Once I got up to the window to pay, the same worker took my money, still laughing, while I could hear other employees jokingfrom the back specifically about my order. Honestly, it was a dehumanizing moment I have yet to experience at any other TacoBell location in my years of eating the same (unfortunately bland) order as it?s one of the only things I can eat from any fastfood restaurant. Next time, please remember to put yourselves in the shoes of other people and show some compassion. Or crackjokes where the customer can?t hear you. Food allergies have taken a large enough toll on my life already, I don?t need to feelbelittled for trying to grab a quick meal. Read more

I love Taco Bell but I don?t know what?s going on with this store. I?ve been here many times but for the past few months it?s... been wildly inconsistent. The lines are so long and barely move. I think they have some serious staffing issues. Read more

Wow. Never coming back here. I hope this place shuts down. Such a toxic environment. The food takes at least 30 mins. There's a... girl walking around just cussing at her manager, calling him a creep. So weird. She's walking around talking to someone on herphone, on speakerphone, just cussing, talking to customers. Besides getting my teeth shattered from a soft taco, the chicken and chip items are decent. If you google Taco Bell and broken... teeth, you will see an unbelievable amount of people all over different states. There are bones in the meat. Be careful! Read more
