Cold/old food, absolutely tiny portions, missing items. Worst T.B. Ever.
Asked for burritos grilled, they weren't. Asked for hot sauce, none in the bag. There was also ground beef all over the outside... of my cheesy bean & rice burrito. All in all pretty standard as far as Taco Bell goes. Read more

The employees here have made my order wrong so many times I?m tired of holding my tongue. I know you?re in a hurry but please... for the love of god read the screen carefully. You guys have made my order wrong time and time again and it?s just ridiculous.How difficult is it to double check that the order is fulfilled before you tape the bag closed? I usually go to this location quite often. And usually don't have a problem with it. And was excited they were bringing back the... Mexican pizza. So I decided to get one and all of the toppings were missing. There was basically just a fried tortilla slappedwith beans and cheese. They completely skipped on the toppings. Two hours ago I was driving past Taco Bell on Plainfield avenue Northeast. Noticed a stuck Chevy car at entrance adjacent to... Taco Bell entrance (unplowed car wash entrance). Stopped to help because a person (in a Taco Bell uniform I found out) waskicking the plowed up snow in front of the car with his boots. I stopped and helped with a shovel. The car got out and theperson that was kicking the snow, works at Taco Bell! And, it wasn't even his car, he was just helping someone! What a saint.The dude jogged back into Taco Bell andcontinued working. Hey if you get stuck on Plainfield, there's a dude at Taco Bellthat'll help you get out.
