Terrible service and extremely disappointed because I normally like Taco Bell. Went to dine in and was never greeted. Ordered... from the kiosk and had to wait forever for our food. Other customers walked in and were served before our order was done (it wasjust two nacho fry boxes no changes or substations). Food was not hot and the burritos were not made properly. All but one tablewas dirty and used. You could hear the employees chit chatting and see them standing and drinking pop instead of cleaning,helping customers in a timely fashion, or working hard. If you like dining in and the room temperature is somewhere in the 60's, then this place is for you. It's too cold to sit... inside and enjoy a meal. We were here previously and it was the same, freezing. We mentioned it to the person working at thecounter and he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. We didn't stay, went someplace else. Don't plan on going back here for awhile.. Health department should go though and take a look. Found a dead beatle in my Grande... Nachos. Absolutely disgusting.. Read more
