Front door locked during business hours while guests are seated. Slung together with wrong ingredients. Lack of training 4 sure.
The little old lady that works the front desk was the rudest fast food worker I've ever encountered. Didn't even acknowledge me... when I entered so I used the self-help kiosk, no biggie. But then when I asked for my cup with my meal she threw attitude at melike it wasn't her job. Read more
Every single time I have gone here my order is either cold, missing items, the food items are made wrong, or all three. My most... recent experience was awful. I had to wait 25 minutes to even start ordering, which was fine because they were catching up.After finally getting my order (which was missing items) I went home only to find out my crunch wrap was missing cheese and wasthe driest crunch wrap I had ever had and my boyfriends food was cold. The food was good, but the aftermath has been, shall we say...Unpleasant? No sooner do I get home that I get this low rumble... that reverberates throughout my gut and forces me to place my posterior upon my royal throne. The battle that ensued was fierceto say the least, myself nor my opponent willing to give an inch as I pushed myself to expel the unspeakable, smelly horror frommy body. In the end, though exhausted and slightly sore, I was victorious in forcing the invader from my kingdom. But here Iam a mere few hours later, and the horror has returned to do battle once more.
