Sat down in the middle of a day of shopping and prepping, and was met with a very clean and welcoming restaurant, with helpful... staff and great tasting food. There was initially a couple of missing items with our order but they helped make sure we had theright items by the end of the visit, made quickly and fresh. Even the chips, which sometimes I know can sit around for a bit,were tasting great and crispy! I highly recommend getting the grilled cheese burrito while it lasts as well. Read more
This is the most consistently good Taco Bell in the Greater Grand Rapids area. Drive thru staff is quick and consistent, items... are put together well. I've only had one messed up order in like 5 years. Maybe I'm lucky, I don't know. Read more
The food was fine but the drive thru guy wasn?t pleasant at all. When asked what the purple soda was he said he thinks is a... Mountain Dew product. Then got to the window and he was banging the cash drawer to get it open and after he opened it kind oftossed my bag and drink at me. Very bad attitude. Possibly one of the most on point Taco Bell's I have been going to for a very long time. Always working hard and have never... gotten my order wrong in the last 3 years I have gone to them. You don't go to taco bell for the food, you go to have excellentservice by people who genuinely care about their job. This is one of them. Read more

Worst taco bell ive ever gone too. They close early for no reason, they constantly get orders wrong, i get orders cold that are... supposed to be toasted, and it ALWAYS looks dirty in the inside. Employees are rude and ignore the phone. Ive gone to alot oftaco bells and this one is honestly the worst. It has turned into a last resort when everything else is closed on alpine Lasttime i tried to go there. They were supposed to be open till 1:00am and they closed at 11:30pm i put in an online order and wheni pulled up i noticed all lights were off but people were inside, i tried calling and calling and i could tell they were pickingup and hanging up the phone. Honestly I got in a bad fight with my girl and I road my motorcycle to tacobell. I wasn't sure if it would fit but they sat... their and let me stuff my saddle bags with cheesy beefy goodness and a large drink! Once I got home I realize I ordered itemsthat don?t even exist on the menu but I some how got them anyway. Example Beefy cheese and rice burrito Beef and bean 5 layerburrito And so forth. Never thought about Breakfast at a Taco Bell but there's always a first. Must say my wife and I were Surprised! Our Breakfast... Selections were hot, tasty, and filling. The Staff were polite and the restaurant was clean. Looking forward to the New CrunchyBreakfast Wrap Thingy. Read more
