Smoked turkey is the bomb! I enjoyed the green beans, cole slaw and mac'n cheese too! But you better go early because they only... serve turkey on Fridays and they DO run out!!! Read more
Brisket was dry, flavor was ok..i had to choke it down..portions are fantastic..and the beans and mac and cheese go well... together. Separately they are ok..the mac and cheese is under seasoned and the beans over seasoned so they balance out whenbeing put together.. Corncake was fantastic! Read more
My husband and I had the privilege of being invited to a Wonderful evening of shopping, dinner, and drinks by the lovely,... proprietors of Laurel and Jack in Ada last evening. While there we were blessed with the BEST tasting chicken we've ever had! We live in Holland and can't wait to come back to The Pit in Grand Rapids! We've, already, decided when our next opportunityfor catering presents itself we will be calling on "The Pit" if they will come to Holland, OR, we will certainly pick it up!
