Pita House is one of my local favorites and has been since I first tried it who knows how many years ago, in a hurry you can... never go wrong with Sami's. Some very good food that you can get and go in minutes. If you have more time on your hand I reallyrecommend the platters, my favorite has always been the Shish Kabob Platter with lamb, rice, humus and babaghanooj. I have neveronce been able to eat it in one meal alone, so either good to share with another person or lunch the following morning (maybe alate night snack) Everything is always fresh and made in front of you so you know you are getting quality food. I will never purchase food from this place again! Ordered the Greek fries and they appeared to have been freezer burnt and they... still cooked and sold them to me. Ordered a chicken wrap and the chicken appeared to be the chicken that didn't sell the weekbefore. Check your food before leaving if your order is to go. Very disappointed because my two previous visits were good.Quality has definitely gone down and I could never eat here again after my last experience. Read more

Was visiting family in Michigan this summer and stopped here after we got done with the mall. I purchased a gyro fountain drink... and four falafel's. It was kinda expensive however I did not mind at all, I cant remember the total of the bill but it was wellworth it. The gyro was huge and was able to include feta cheese on it total done deal. The Falafel was really good as well Ishared with my mom and it was her first time trying the ball of goodness and she thought they were terrific as well. If you wanta good gyro and some good falafel this is the place. The employees were nice and the food is amazing. I'm from Chicago and so ismy family I know awesome food and this place is awesome. Tonight was our second time eating here. The first time was pre-Covid and it was pretty good. Ordered $60 (after a 20% tip!) in... sandwiches & falafel and was looking forward to trying the lentil soup. Even ordered a large sized soup to share & extra pita tosoak it up. The ?large? was a 16oz styrofoam cup half filled for $3.50. The pita was dry and stale. And the sandwiches leakedgrease all over my car seat on the drive home and stained it. Read more

We made a pit stop here tonight after running errands, and we were not disappointed. My family has been on a gyro kick lately,... and this definitely will be added to our rotation. They do not currently offer dine in serving, but you can get in and out ofthere quickly. The picture is of a traditional Sami gyro as well as a side of fries. Definitely recommend. Read more

On a business trip, discovered this place when driving by. I have eaten from 100's of Mediterranean restaurants but this place... was weird. They had pre-cooked meat in the refrigerator and they were pulling it out from there as you ordered. As you can seefrom my pics, there were small pieces of meat in the entire sandwich. Place was clean and friendly. Will not go there againbecause of food quality. Read more

We came here with our family to celebrate a birthday. Mediterranean food was New to most of us. Time was taken to explain the... variety of choices. The food was absolutely delicious and also a good value. We sat on the outside deck. It's a little bitnoisy because of 28th Street, but it's not right next to a parking lot where cars are pulling right up to your table. I would goback in a heartbeat. Read more
