This places rules! 39 different signature sandwiches to choose from, named after legends of pop culture. Inside has bench,... barstool, and table seating, with classic rock heard from the kitchen and awesome artwork of the sandwiches namesakes. Onlyproblem is summertime is hot with there being not one fan in sight. Had their "Freddie Mercury" with spicy sausage, bacon,pepperoni, chipotle mayo, fresh mozzarella, and marinated tomatoes. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, ut there were some serious misses. Other reviews rave about the food and... atmosphere. I had lunch here while traveling for work and while it was a great atmosphere, I was not very happy with my visitoverall. I ordered at 12:32 and didn't get my food until 12:57; 15mins for a 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad combo. The sandwichpastrami was pretty dry and the rye bread was soggy. How does that happen? This place is awesome! They have tons of good sandwiches with funny names from movie characters and famous people. They had... gluten-free options and plenty of different choices. We got The Shakespeare and The Andre 3000 which were both amazing, though Iwanted The Obi-Wan Kenobi or the The Stan Lee. Read more
OMG. This place was awesome. First time customer, but came with it being highly recommended by others. I was not disappointed!... First and must importantly, my sandwich was amazing. Mouth watering deliciousness. The menu is expansive and all of thedescriptions look equally delicious, so be prepared to make tough decisions. I got the George Lucas with a pretzel bun. *drools* Also, the staff were very polite, friendly, professional and fast. Finally, very cool decor. Can't wait to go backand try something new! Read more
Order from this restaurant multiple times, enough to fill a punch card. More than three different times there was a man who was... rude to me, and I have just had enough. When I called he was rude when answered, asked to place a to go order he said uhh yeaa(with tone, as If the restaurant wasn?t closed for over three days with google page or phones not being updated.) Asked forHagrid, this comes with pulled pork. He placed me on hold to check if there was pulled pork. Told me there was and I could orderand I also requested additional meal. Said thank you, he disconnected call without telling me the total or thanking for theorder. There is no pulled pork.There has been several times where this man has given poor customer service, and quality of food.The accuracy of order no matter what sandwich you purchase will be wrong. Do not waste your hard earn money or calories onmediocre food and garbage customer service. Try Stella?s across the street, excellent customer service and excellent food, wellworth the money. As a fan of Bobs Burgers, this place reminded me of the episode ?Patricia?s 77 Sandwiches? so first thing I do is walk in and... test their knowledge on the menu. They nailed it? so now that they have checked out, I had to determine what I wanted to eat.With over 100 sandwiches on the menu, I sat debating in my hotel for two hours, until I built the perfect sandwich online. WhenI walked into the restaurant, it all went blank. I quickly pulled up the menu online where I had built it but not actuallyordered and rambled off what I wanted. The cashier was quick to ring my complex order up adding an order of artisan chips and adrink to round off my meal at just under $20 bucks?maybe a bit high, but this sandwich was gonna be good. I walked around thecorner to see the panini grills fired up toasting a ton on sandwiches? meats piled on high, cheese oozing over the sides of thebread bubbling on the griddles, and several different mayos to top it off? I quickly noticed the boys of Grumpster, a nationaltouring band playing in town that night was in there getting food, so I knew I made a good choice. My order was quickly wrappedup and I was out the door. I could feel the heat resonate thru the paper bag and the smell devoured my nostrils. I tore into thedeli paper to find a perfectly toasted sandwich with chewy but crusty bread, topped with a generous amount of meat and toppingall balanced perfectly.
