Just had the LAST meal forever from Wendy?s on 28th and Patterson! Never again! Cold burgers, returned to desk?..tossed in... microwave, clerk tested by sticking her finger on the sandwich and pronounced it ?good?. Condiments slopped all over. The people who work here are amazing at customers service skills, it?s the lack of being open and the hours stated online are... wrong. We ordered around 8ish and were told they were closed. We seen people eating inside and employees sitting around. Read more
Wow really? They weren't that busy yet still managed to screw up order. Gave them one last try after several bad experiences.... Usually cold food or missing items. Once again they were a winner at the missing items! I got my drink for my #6 but not thefood, and just got a plain chive baked potato, no sour cream or butter, one straw, no crackers for my chili. Way to go!! Myson's fries were extremely salty. No matter how much I don't want to back track from the one on Breton and 28th, I will sincethe only issue I have had at that one was wrong size drinks. Wow really? Not busy and you can't get order correct. Totally missing my #6 large size but have the drink. Got everything else.... Fries extremely salty. Gave you guys another chance after several bad experiences because I didn't want to go all the way tothe one on Breton. Nevermind. I will go there from now on even if I am back tracking. Better food (always hot not as salty),much better service and most importantly haven't had an order missing items yet!! Read more
Please stop giving me/people old cookies. Doesn't hurt to have fresh ones. To top it off my bag was coated in grease like it was... fresh. Something's got to give. Also didn't receive a straw for my drink with less than 3 ppl in line.. there's really noexcuse. Management definitely needs to improve at this Wendy's please and Thank you. Read more
The WORST Wendy I ever had. I ordered on mobile order. Missing two sandwiches and went back asking for it. They said they fixed... it. But still did not get it when get home. Horrible. Read more
Friendly & quick service . First time at this location, tried their new jalapeño poppers chicken sandwich . Flavor was good but... the cream cheese was over powering . Still , much better than McDonald?s new crispy chicken sandwich . Read more
The food wasn't bad more interested in the Junior Frosty keychain that you can purchase for $2 and it will allow you to get a... free Junior Frosty with every purchase, keychain is good for one year. Read more
