I am absolutely disappointed and upset! I ordered take out because after work I was so hungry so I ordered a 10 piece boneless... and headed to pickup my order it was ready and in the bag with the seal sticker so I headed home I love far so once I get thereand open the bag just to find out my wings were not boneless and I hate the regular bone in wings I live so far and I was soupset like why are the employees so stupid? It may have been an off day but the bathroom was a mess. Generally if the bathroom is not taken care of, neither is the... kitchen. The area to get napkins and accessories was littered with remnants from other customers and was not cleaned up in the30 minutes I was there. I was not impressed with the boneless chicken nuggets or the flavor of the sauce. The staff at thecounter was pleasant though. Not enough positives to outweigh the general unkempt appearance. This was not a pleasant experience for "A Bro n Mexico" I have been to this 'specific' location 5 times. This was the worst... experience in my take-out history in years. I ordered one order of "regular boneless thigh bites" and one "large order" of thesame. This was at 10:30 p.m. on-line. When I arrived they seemed unsure of my order but it was ready when I got there. Noproblem. Once I received the bag it felt fairly "light," no issue. Upon arriving home I opened both containers and my picturesshow what I received. They both looked the same size "small" and one container had what seemed to be an uncooked portion. Ibelieve I received the equivalent of 1 to 1 1/2 thighs per container. I attempted to call the business continually as I made myway back to the establishment. Could not get through or leave a message. Once I arrived again I did show and explain thesituation. I believe whoever was in charge was receptive of my concern. As he explained that everything is weighed up before orafter prep. I was given one new order and the remaining "amount" that I bought back. I must say the hurt and disappointment thatI endured in this experience will lead me to not frequent this establishment ever again. So not really a great experience today. I ordered the Hot Lemon Before and they were sauced to the max and today there dry and... very shy on the sauce. I understand getting the order out has a speed factor but please make sure to sauce the wingsproperly. I'm willing to comeback for another review and change my thoughts on today but as of now I stand very unsatisfied andI hope this is something that will be fixed for your future customer's. The lady at the front desk is amazing ???????????? First time at Wing stop, not impressed !! The food is Avg, ton of salt on... the fries The wings were kind of OK, all of them were drums, NO flats !! The sauces were flavorful. Boneless were good, lemongarlic flavor is nice.
