I have ordered food from this location at least five times, every single time it has taken an hour or MORE to get to me. I?ve... gone through the drive thru as well and that took 45 minutes. I?m really not sure what the issue is here(I?m assuming low staff)but I would suggest management shutting down online orders if the crew can?t keep up. I?m sure the crew is overworked andunderstaffed and that is never fun, I definitely feel for those guys. All I can come to conclusion with is that it is poormanagement. Last time I will be ordering from here. Food isn?t bad(so the workers must be capable, that?s the only reason I?mgiving it any stars). Dang it, I wish I did have a pic or two of one of the many fantastic subs & sandwiches this standout stop has prepared for... me...always neat, always pleasant, definitely gives Subway a hefty run for its money...just sayin'???? There is a quite a unique& organic vibe to this place...and the building being fairly new still, that speaks volumes as to the collective characters &charisma of the crew. Drive through often takes much longer than you'd think, and they are out of French bread so often you have to anticipate a solid... 20% chance they will only have whole grain bread. 3 stars because they have nice staff and the sandwiches are always good andthey never mess up orders. Love jimmy John's but this location is lacking alot of personality, speed and consistency.... I have been here around a dozen... times and have never had a great experience. The food is ok but have had better at other Jimmy johns. The staff is certainlynot overly friendly neither. On top of that the past few times I have tried to eat their they have been closed... At dinnertime and they are closed? Website says open and staff sometimes are even in there but it's all coned off and locked up. I don'tthink I will be going back to this location which sucks because it's the closest one to me... Read more
Food good and speed of service as well.... but bad note prices are a bit out of whack in my opinion when compared to subway here... in grand rapids. Italian sub $7.50 for a 8" where subway that is $6.00 at subway for a 12" 2 years back that same sub was $4.75 Read more
Haven't been here too many times, but the handful of times that I have been, the service has been excellent. Food was fresh,... delicious, friendly service, all-around great experience. Would definitely recommend. Read more
