I work as the banquet captain here and I gotta say I love it! It's a family owned and ran hotel and you can feel the care and... support from the family! We work as hard as we can for our banquets and do as much as we can for our team to thrive and for ourguests to have a truly personalized and perfectly executed event with us! I personally would choose us for any event and I'm notjust saying that because I'm the captain! I'm saying that because I genuinely know we can exceed expectations and that this momand pop hotel is the perfect destination for both personal and business banquets! Inquire with our sales team, and I lookforward to making your careful planning into a successful event!! -Angel Read more

Room was nice, and freshly appointed. We were part of one of two events at the facility that day. They only scheduled one... bartender for a wedding event and our event. The poor lady did her best but couldn't keep up. Read more

Great place to stay. Dog friendly. Yes it?s a little pricey but we had dogs and they stayed free so to stay somewhere else with... dog fees would?ve been just as expensive. Awesome pool area and big hot tub. Breakfast cafe was excellent. Rooms were spacious, bed was comfy compared to most hotels. Would highly recommend. Read more

Stayed here two nights recently in the king spa suite. The jetted tub and dual shower with body jets were really nice to have... after a long day enjoying the outdoors. Breakfast was on par with similar hotels, nice variety with a hot food option, and makeyour own waffles. Read more

Best place to stay in Grand Rapids. ?????????? Rooms are very spacious. Rooms separated for pets and no pets. Not mixed. Very... awesome because I have very bad allergies to dogs and cats. Breakfast was the best I?ve been to. Many variety to choose from.Sausage links, eggs with cheese, biscuit with gravy/small sausage meats, make your own pancakes, to coffee and 3 different typesof breakfast drinks, or water. They had fruits, and heat your own individually wrapped sliced bread, white or wheat and muchmore! Very polite and attentive staffs. Very fun pool with slide and kiddie pool. Hot tub. Stairs to second level but use theelevator to get to the 3rd floor. A small convenience shop next to the front desk. Drinks. Snacks, health products, sweets andan ice machine and more! I can?t say enough great things about this place! Super awesome Hotel. Highly recommended!?????????????????????? Read more

We were not planning to stay in Grand Rapids but our kids were tired of traveling so I called to see if they had any rooms. They... had one extended stay apartment type room and it was super nice. Double showers, clean, and very large. The pool was awesome andour kids loved it. The hotel staff was extremely kind and very helpful! Read more

The place is nice, and it?s in a great location; however, the service we received at my best friend?s wedding was atrocious.... This is absurd given that this is a wedding venue itself. The front desk lady was extremely rude to us upon our arrival in thelobby after the wedding and told us to ?shut up or leave,? when we were saying goodnight and despite the fact that we had ablock of rooms, 7 suites for the wedding party, and countless additional guests that were staying there that likely accountedfor 80-90% of their business all weekend. They then proceeded to charge $3,500 in additional fees and room charges to the brideand groom. Will not be back for a large event. Read more
