Started going to Snyders awhile back everything was good, now every time you go they are always out of something. If they are... out they will not substitute anything or give you a discount for not having that item, they just charge you full price. I orderthe same thing every time and depends on who is running the register the price is always different. One time you order and thechips are included, the next time you order the same thing and they are an extra charge. No consistency. Not just me either,people in line behind me were not happy to hear they were out of many products and decided to go somewhere else. Not to mention,the people making the food in back do not wear gloves. Seen multiple times where employees do not wash hands prior to makingcustomers food and are not sanitary. In summary, employees have no consistency, always out of something, and management islacking the skills to run what could be a good business. I will be putting the word out not to go there..... Very quality pizza and extremely nice employees. They do a great job with minimal staffing and the quality doesn't reflect that... at all. Same standard done by few people. Keep up the good work! Read more
The pizza is always good and the ice cream is delicious and at a great price $2. I revisited today May 15 and again the dinning... area was dirty. Bugs on the window sills, food scraps and the floors and tables. This is the third incident with it being dirtyso I'm sorry but a one star is all I can do. I like the food but after three dirty dinning room experiences I can eat the foodwithout wondering what the kitchen looks like. I mean no harm by this review, I just being honest about my visits. Excellent customer service. The pizza was hot and loaded with toppings. The sauce was a little sweet for my taste but the amount... of cheese provided made me forget about the sweetness. My only complaint would be to maybe cut the small into 6 pieces versus 4so that it would be easier to handle. Read more
Possibly some of the best pizza I've had so far in Ohio, cost about 16$ for two at the buffet with drinks. We were helped by... Emily who was very polite and friendly. She made us the fresh pizzas we were interested in and they turned out phenomenally. Highly recommend. Read more
Terrible service. Very slow. Does not even come back to counter to provide reassurance that our food was being prepared.
