The lady who made my subs today was working alone. She handled money in between each customer and was just grabbing a plastic... glove without washing her hands to make the next sub. Gross on a normal day, potentially pretty dangerous right now. Won't begoing back. Read more
Customer service can be amp up a bit. I find this subway super slow even when times are busy. Typically, there is only one... worker. It would be nice to be in and order a sub without having to wait 20+ minutes for your sub to be made. The food I recieved was nothing like it is pictured, I ordered the "new" grilled pizza sub and recieved regular pizza subs... nearly everyone felt I'll after consuming the 85$ plus worth of subs etc. The services was sub standard by one employee as theother employee tried to compansate. I was there on July 8th and was served by a trainee. I forgot to get his name but he was awesome. Super happy, good at his job... and had a contagiously good attitude. It was so noticable that once we were outside, my fiancee and I both said how good he wasat the same time. Went to the truck, grabbed what we had for a tip and went back to tip him. Read more
