Tonight we had a large table with a bunch of kiddos and our server was Elise, she was absolutely awesome. She was on top of... refills and checking in on us. Definitely impressed with her service. We gave a the staff some birthday cake too and theappreciation they had was amazing. Honestly i was amazed with how polite the staff was tonight. Service was slow. Took forever to get my food and when it arrived they apologized for the wait. And..... it was cold. All of it... except my garlic toast. I asked them to microwave it. I think they just threw my steak on the grill to sear one side and it cameback warming with everything else still cold. They took care of the bill other than my beer but I did offer to pay as I ate it.I just wanted some hot food. UPDATE: Just ate there tonight and everything was warm at the very least. But delicious!!!!Potatoes were a little cooler than they should have been as was the wings. Everything else was perfect and service was fast andgreat. Steak a little over cooked but it was hot and delicious. Thanks!!! I was anxious coming back but didn't want to venturetoo far from my hotel on this cold night so I took a gamble and you didn't let me down this time! Read more
Well it’s been about 4 years since I’ve visited Boston pizza because of favourites being taken off the menu. Went in with a... friend and our kiddos. Our server was overwhelmed which I understand but when we finally spoke to a manager and she put down herown staff I’ve never been so disgusted. Manager’s excuse was our server only had a 5 table section. Other than our table theother party was about 40 people. Honestly I hope you find another restaurant to work at because clearly superior doesn’tsupport you. Our server was at least apologetic but I won’t be giving BPs my money anymore. My allergy was not taken intoconsideration either by our server or the kitchen glad I caught it and timing for the kitchen is ran horribly. There were 3other tables that were in and out before us. This was not our greatest experience this time The waitress was personable a little slow on the service but ok. The appetizers... were adequate, cactus chips were a bit soggy, but the main meals were cold. The ribeye meatloaf was all cold, the lasagna wasdry with almost no meat sauce and the brute was undercooked and meat sauce was cold. So when I brought up the issues with ourwaitress she took a single drink off the bill and gave us happy hour prices for the rest of our drinks. This was done withoutany approval of a manager as per our waitress. I have been in the service industry before so I do know how things are. If I wasan inspector the cold dip dishes would be a big red flag, not being held at a proper temperature. So the reason I am writingthis is I feel that our issues with the food will not go any further than our waitress and passed to a manager and the kitchen. Read more
Anytime we go there the staff has been amazing. We have never had any issues with orders. My kids love pizza. I am a big fan... of the nachos. Bud light is always great as well. Read more

Ordered my food online at 5:46 and was sent an email that said food should arrive by 6:46. 6:46 comes, no food. I wait until 7... and I call the restaurant and am told that my driver should be there soon and if they don’t arrive in half an hour, I can callback. Wow. At 7:20 my food finally arrived and I open the food and the Caesar salad has completely wilted lettuce. Veryunimpressed. Read more
Unfortunately, the food was awful. We have been there twice, both times was horrendous. The first time we chalked it up to busy... night and understaffed. Received cold food, after waiting an hour and getting rude service. The server actually stuck her fingerin my toddlers plate and grabbed a wing to inspect it when I complained they gave our toddler spicy wings instead of naked.Second time, was a calm slow evening with plenty of staff and the food was cold, my holiday menu item was smothered in coldgravy with soggy onion rings and my husbands burger from the holiday menu was like a hockey puck. Will not be returning for athird try. Cactus chips are the only good thing out of both visits. Read more
