Super disappointed with the service received from this restaurant through skip the dishes. Order took an hour (which was fine)... however my meal showed up with no fixings, dips, no drink, and the wings/cactus cut potatoes were extremely over cooked andfried. Service was sub-par this time around. Went in for wings on Wednesday and it took over 25mins after we had ordered for the server... to let us know that the kind of wings my group had wanted were unavailable, they then asked us to change our order but kept thesame sauces and then it still came out with the wrong flavours. I and my friend were very disappointed with our meals when we went to lunch last week. We both ordered the pasta jambalaya and... it was so bland. It's supposed to be spicy and it barely had any salt or pepper seasoning in it. I used to order this all thetime and either the chef made it poorly that day or they changed the recipe and it's now awful. The worst part is it costs $27.59. Sad to say, I won't be going back. The service was also very lack luster, she wasn't rude just took our order dropped offthe food and left. We had to find someone to get the bill. I would rather stay home and make a frozen dinner in the microwavesince it's 1/10th the cost and about the same taste. Save your money and go somewhere else! Read more
Ordered for delivery, 30 minutes past delivery time I contacted them. Sat on hold for 20 minutes to find out that the order... hadnt even left the restaurant. Cancelled the order but I had paid online. Was told the manager would contact me regardingrefund and stilk have not received a refund a week later. Read more
I haven't been to this location in quite some time. I try to avoid it as it's always a terrible experience. When my wife and I... entered, we were not greeted, we stood awkwardly at the front desk until a young woman looked up at us, rolled her eyes and saidshe would help us get seated. But then proceeded to walk into the back area, maybe the kitchen ? Eventually someone else seatedus. She was no better. They looked like they hated their jobs as they had only one expression on their faces and it wasn't verypleasant. Our waitress Grace was by far top notch. She was attentive, had a smile and bubbly personality. This is the kind ofkind person we look forward to dealing with on any occasion. Honestly She deserves a raise. Unfortunately we were give a stackof dirty plates. So we were given a knew stack that was worse. They were covered in dirty dish water and ranch dressing. As ifthe washer just dipped them in the sink and then handed them back. I also had a to return my ceasar as it was so watered downthat all I could taste was the ice in the glass. Lastly the place was a mess, like a bomb went off. Glitter, crayons, food andnapkins scattered the floors. One couple came in and stated they wouldn't even sit near there as it was that bad. Won't repeat..... Probably the second worst BP's experience I've ever had ( the other one was uncooked chicken at FSJ BP's in... 2012). When we order over priced appetizers " To Start" I expect them to come BEFORE the main course....not at the sametime.... The appetizers for 14.00 each were way over priced for the amount of wings you get ( 6 each plate see pics)... What arethese made of friggin gold chickens? A large ham and pineapple for 30.00 should be cooked, so combined with having it sit forthe short time it took to down the tiny order of over priced wings ...it was cold globs of soggy undercooked cheese.
