Staff is unable to understand simple requests on an order, Ordered a bacon double cheese burger, NOT an ultimate just a regular... burger, i don't want all the tomatoe and mayo garbage, what arrives but a mayo soaked garbage pile. requested a shake that ihave had at all other DQ's i have visited, and more than a few times at this one, but no, can not understand how to make aspecial shake, with ingrediants that they have and use. I regularly enjoy my experience at this location. However the cashier who served us in drive thru today was clearly very... irritated towards us, it made the payment process when we pulled up super uncomfortable. He didn?t make eye contact or greet usand hid beside the computer after handing us the debit machine. The food is amazing. The quality of service is wonderful. The staff are attentive and kind. The challenge is the receipts are... crazy. Have a look and see if you can figure it out. Discounts aren?t shown, discounts are not taken at the rate at which onewould expect and the user friendliness of the receipt is actually bad. This should be addressed. I?m sure most people don?tcare about this kind of stuff, but some do. Was it fair? Not sure. It was as advertised, just in favour of the franchise not theconsumer. That is to be expected though.
