As a business owner, I truely feel the inflation like Dominos the tough economical times are coming. However, that does not mean... you should be able to order a pepperoni pizza with next to no pepperoni. Twice in one week now. Ordered Lg 4 topping with extra cheese AND provolone. Pizzas still come out bare. What's a guy supposed... to do with this place.. The free ones you get from points are even more laughable. I'm pretty much done with this place. Read more
Wow did they deliver tonight. Yes I ordered delivery, but I am shocked how good my experience was. Food was super hot, it was... delivered quickly by a super friendly driver and the quality is outstanding. I have ordered from those high end pretentiouspizza places that cost twice as much, but this is far better pizza. I would say this is probably my favorite pizza ever. I gave these guys a chance again, a few years since our last order. The 2 thin and crispy pizzas we ordered might as well have... arrived as cardboard cut outs, because that's exactly how they tasted. Dry, greasy, burned, and undeniably artificial. After afew bites and a lot of thoughts from around the table, i called and let the supervisor know just how good a frozen pizza tastesnext to what we have just ingested. Kudos to dominos for offering me a refund, which i refused, since they will need everypenny they can get if they keep this sort of food standard up and manage to stay afloat.. good luck doninos, never again. They have a really great staff and amazing customer service. Also the pizza points help save money. They accidentally gave me a... pizza that was missing one of the toppings, I didn't even notice until the delivery person had already driven away but when Icalled in with the issue they brought another pizza with the correct toppings very quickly. Every place could make a mistake butthey dealt with it fantastically well. (Also they don't make mistakes very often, I've ordered quite a few times and only theone issue. And another time I did a delayed order, not even noticing that I had put 11pm instead of 11am. They called me whenthey saw it come in to confirm that I wanted it at night and not for lunch.
