Delicious food and drinks ???? beautiful decor and nice atmosphere.
Went to Earls last night to celebrate our son getting a his Learners and it started off Rocky with our first sever as it seemed... he really didn’t know what he was doing or even what was on the menu and took about 3 mins just to write down that we wantedspin dip and some wings to start…unfortunately we did request a new server and I wish I had gotten her name she said she wasnew there but had been serving for 9 years and you could totally tell she knew what she was doing. She was very friendly ,didn’t need any pen or pad for orders and extremely fast and engaged. We love Earls as it’s our go to for any celebratorydinner place Will definitely be back. Read more
Service was pretty brutal. The server didn't give anyone time to answer her when she was checking on the table (which wasnt... often), had to ask for a beer 3 times before I got it, and for some strange reason my burger was given to me without the bottompart of the bun. Top was on there tho. They did get me a new burger, and they messed that one up too and put tomatoes on it. Butto be fair, it was still delicious. I didn't have a problem paying for my meal, and didn't ask for a discount or anything. ButI thought it was quite strange when server said "we're not charging you for the first burger, but you have to pay for the secondone ", which the burger without the bottom bun they took from me and threw in garbage. I did end up paying for 1 burger and mydrinks, which I didnt really mind, but the service was off putting. Based off my general experience I probably wouldn't go backbut... I may go back tho cause the 2nd burger was 10/10. Read more
Booked a reservation for a big group. We were constantly having to chase down the waitress to get drinks and order food. They... would only take one to three orders and run off. Some of my group didn't even get their food. I wouldn't recommend taking a biggroup. A smaller group would be fine. The food was super good though. They did comp the ones that didn't get their food until itwas time to go which was nice. Hopefully next time it's a better experience ???? Read more
Came here for Happy Hour and was not disappointed. All the food we ordered tasted amazing. We got a few drinks and appetizers... with some entrees. The food came out pretty quickly. The service was poor but our server looked overwhelmed. Several staffwalked by our table to ask if we were okay and saw the empty plates but didn’t bother to clear them. That was the onlydownside to this dining experience. Read more
Came here for happy hour with a friend on a Sunday afternoon and sat in the glass patio. Tried two different drinks and they... were both delicious however my food came out wrong. Our lovely server quickly fixed the issue. The food was delicious but smallportions, I ended up leaving hungry. Was nice to have some vegan options and the staff were fabulous but still a bitdisappointed. Read more
What a disappointment! Tiny portions, charged for a full rack of ribs when ordered a small. Next to no Alfredo sauce on the... pasta, and maybe 5 heads of cauliflower in an order of Buffalo cauliflower! What a waste of money! Read more
The staff were excellent, they were very observant when we needed drinks and my glass was never empty. The food was good, but... not excellent. We shared the seafood platter and I found the fresh oysters were not very tasty and the shrimp and lobster weresmaller portions then expected. They probably need to change the provider...I enjoyed the lounge atmosphere, it's a nicerestaurant. I would go back, but order something different on the menu. Read more
