If I could do negative 5 stars I would. First of all the young new staff are ignorant, secondly we found a bone in my boyfriends... meal, a chicken bone. Which actually ended up breaking his tooth, when we reached out about it, we got sent away due to them nothaving the piece of bone in their hands, but yet the dentist did, even sent them a report. What did they do? Offered a $100 giftcard, as if were ever going back???????? not only is that disgusting but so was their response to this all. Talk about takingresponsibility for your faults. Clearly they just care about making money rather than their actual customers, if it weren?t forcustomers they wouldn?t even make money. I?ve worked with food and customer service my whole life and I know for a FACT that ifthis were to happen at any of my workplaces they would?ve done much more than that. I am pregnant to, and we got the same foodorder, so if I wouldve gotten the bone in my food that would?ve ended VERY BADLY for me. Worst customer service I?ve everexperienced all around. Instead of embarrassing themselves with offering us a gift card they should?ve done a full inspectionand get insurance to cover the damages. Which the DENTIST recommended. Absolutely DISGUSTED with this food chain. Make sure tocheck your food when eating here, also don?t be afraid to ask them to wash their hands after using the bathroom, as I?ve had todo as well. Next stop is the health and food safety. We?ve even went to the extent of having a lawyer look over everythingincluding their emails (which they screened for at least 2 weeks) and he was also just as DISGUSTED. try wok box instead!!They?re way cleaner, have better quality and quantity. Be careful who takes your order at this location. I order the same 3 things here all the time and it?s always $14-15. This last... time it was $19 because she put it down as a bento box even though it wasn?t. Unfortunately I didn?t realize til I was at workso I couldn?t do anything about it. After speaking to a few guys at work, this location does this all the time. Never will Iorder from this place, ever. What a scummy way to run a business. Read more

I came in close to closing time, which as anyone in the industry knows, it can be a drag to serve someone when you planned on... getting your cleaning duties done "on time". The staff were all very pleasant, courteous, and helpful - in spite of this! I atewhat I could and made sure I left, with my leftovers, a few minutes before their official closing time. Read more
