Was very excited to grab a coffee from this location as I work within walking distance. While I was waiting to place an order I... watched the staff bring out a sandwich order (touching the sandwich barehanded), then make drinks, take the next customer\'sorder by tapping on the tablet, dish up soup, reach into the display case and pull out a cookie barehanded (touching thecookie), accept payment from that customer and continue to the next. No handwashing in between all of these steps andinteractions. Needless to say, I left before ordering. I have worked in several food establishments and this would be a huge nogo. Please ensure staff have proper food safety handling training on proper handwashing practices and get tongs/food servicesafe gloves to use when touching food directly. Read more

Poor customer service. Not helpful at all or engaging.

I\'ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt since they\'ve opened shop in the MCC, but it is just extremely... poorly managed. Equipment like the steamer wand and grill regularly break down and take weeks to fix, service is at a snail\'space, and the new staff member they have working the counter is not very friendly. Online ordering rarely functions correctly,either. Staff often work in the back and customers have to awkwardly hover and hope to catch their attention to be served (couldyou maybe get a bell to ring?). I very rarely go to the other locations, so I don\'t know if this is the norm all over, but thisone is a hot mess. Read more
