Was previously a 5 star review. After four times of going in there and staff just seeming annoyed every time. It's tarnishing... the experience. Best ice cream in town by far. Shame the staff acts unprofessional as "heck" for lack of better words. I'm tiredof going in there for 3 or 4 things for my family and just getting one because I want to get out of their faster. I went by today Oct 9 2022, and omg was the icecream ever good. Tiara was beyond helpful and she was so friendly. I told her... about my allergies and she was extremely knowledgeable. Definitely will be coming back and hoping for her to serve me again:) Read more
I was having a pretty rough day today :( My hubby took me in for a banana split to cheer me up. The banana split was great, but... the cheerful, friendly staff made an even bigger impact on me. To be honest I adore marble slab! But let me tell you there is two girls that work there. And they have the WORST attitudes I?ve... EVER seen in my like also when they work together it gets worse. Everytime I go in and if I see definitely one of then ugh Ijust wanna walk out. She has fake lashes , never once smiles or even acknowledges you. Just stands there with a very not so kindlook. This was a very long due review because I took this photo back in February but I just want everyone to know that this place in... terms of cooling off for a hot summer or cold winter, this is the place to be! A little pricey for a small ice cream cake buthey the taste speaks for it so it is worth the bucks! Better give them a try and just thank me later???? Read more
So colourful and lovely place. Super friendly and generous staff. Tried both ice cream and milkshake and both were just perfect... to taste. Loved my first try and will always come and try the different flavours. It?s incredibly amazing ???? Read more
Very nice Marble Slab Creamery. The place was clean and tidy. The ice cream was very good - I had coconut ice cream with Oreos... in a white chocolate Oreo dipped cone. The manager seemed friendly and helpful, but was also on the phone while taking my orderand serving my ice cream. Read more
Over price ice cream. When I told that I had pineapple and nut allergies they use the same scoop that they had at the water... station in a cup and a bowl that had pineapple juice in it which I'm allergic to. Read more
