I recently tried Panago Pizza the other night and must admit that I regret not trying this years ago. The food was outstanding,... the process was quick and when I went to pick up my order I noticed the cleanest and most organized pizza store I've evervisited. GREAT WORK! to the staff which provided me with second-to-none service and good quality. And kudos to the owners for awonderful environment and the hiring of great staff. And last evening I placed an order for delivery and the food was stillpiping hot and the delivery was very timely. And the driver was extremely professional. I ordered recently due to the close proximity of this location, and the fact that panago makes really great pizza. I was not... dissapointed. As per usual, the price and ease of ordering was excellent. I arrived to pick up my order, and the staff was soincredibly friendly and attentive to getting my order perfect, including all my dips and dessert. The pizza was very hot afresh, loaded with toppings and great tasting. The cheesy bread was so soft and cheesy, like a pillow from heaven. Can't wait toorder again. Read more
Phoned and ordered an extra large pizza, they asked if I?d like to try new wings they were selling and I said sure why not. I... asked if they had honey garlic wings they said yes? Went to pick up my order, brought it home and opened the wings box to seewhat looked like they had spilled a cup of dry seasoning on like 2 of 8 wings. These wings did not have any honey garlic sauceon them as typical wings do. I took a picture and said oh well, threw them out and went back the next day. I showed them whatI received, told them what I ordered and they said ?this is how we get them from the back. We don?t do anything to the wings, wetake them from the back and put them in the oven. This is how they come from head office. Finding that pretty weird I asked ifI could simply get my money back because I was I satisfied and didn?t get to eat a single wing I paid for. They said no ourmanager is not here we can?t do refunds?. So not only are they selling wings atypical wings without sauce, but they won?trefund money spent when customer isn?t satisfied.
