It took over 30 minutes for them to prepare my order. It was 3 meals. They gave 6 people behind me their meals. But for my... family it seemed to take a long time. The skip the dishes delivery people would ask for their delivery and then were told no itsnot ready. Meanwhile it was. They woukd go back a second and third time and ask then it was ready. An absolutely fantastic place to go and wait! First you get to wait 10-15 minutes for each vehicle ahead of you, and there's... cars behind you so you're not backing out. Then you get to wait 10 minutes before you order! Then if you're lucky you get towait at the window for 10 to 15 minutes! If you're unlucky you get asked to pulled around to the front. Pulling around the frontisn't so bad, its super entertaining because you get to watch all the vehicles leave the drivethru with food while you waitanywhere from 15-30 minutes. Then just when you're sick of waiting, they make you wait 5 more minutes then they find theyoungest, shyest teenage girl working in the store to bring your food out. Waited over an hour for my food. It was light outside when I got there, and dark out when I left. After being there for around... 40 minutes and finally reaching the drive thru window and paying, they asked me to park in front and that my nuggets would onlytake 5 minutes. Well 20 minutes of waiting later, I go in to ask about my order. Apparently they forgot to bring it out ????.They give me my food and I ask if everything is there, they say yes. The chicken was over cooked dark dry and disgusting. Couldn?t even break the burnt skin away to get to the chicken. We went... there when they first opened and it was good but it has gone downhill. I couldn?t even stomach it and it all went in the trash.I ate my biscuit and that is what I had out of the meal purchased. No quality control whatsoever. I can?t give zero stars or Iwould , to pay their prices for a biscuit oh and the pop was fine. Shame on whoever allows that to be served on their watch. Read more

Ordered 2 coleslaw as sides with our meals and the coleslaw is completely gone sour. When we called them they responded that we... should bring it back to the store from the other side of town because we must be lying...? We told them that wasn't happeningand that it wasn't about getting $5 back but a large franchise like that shouldn't sell others spoiled food. They again statedwe should bring it back because their cooler is fine and there shouldn't be anything wrong with it...? Never will eat hereagain. What a let down, in both food and customer service. Extremely trash chicken and trash attitude from the manager. Ordered ghost pepper wings and thighs, specifically asked for it to... be made fresh with a new batch even waited 10 mins and what I got was black and burnt chicken. I tried a bit of the wings whichhas no taste or spice to it and was a big mistake because I had a stomachache and still have it as I'm writing this. I calledthe store and asked for the manager and he said he was and his name is Okar, he kept talking over me with an arrogant tone andwouldn't even let me finish my sentence and demanded that I had to come back to the store on this same day so he can look at itotherwise he can't do anything because according to him, he was the one who prepared the order he said was fresh. Well he mustbe delusional then because I have attached photos showing how disgusting, stale, dry and hard the chicken is. I tried to ask himquestions but was not successful because he continued to speak loudly and rudely over me and finally hung up on me. I ended uphaving to drive back wasting gas because I wasn't close to the store. So I wasted my time and money. I'm blacklisting thisstore. The food was never good before but I thought I would give it a chance to see if it was fresh if I asked them to make anew batch. I'm sure either the chicken was leftovers, refried over and over again or not even fresh to begin with. Stay awayfrom this popeyes if you don't want to get sick from eating bad chicken and treated rudely from the staff. Absolutely disgustingbehavior.
