I understand Covid annihilated some business but, man, I'm so dissapointed. I know the other location is permanently closed, so... maybe this is the case. Absolutely chintzy. Paltry amounts of meat and toppings. I'm paying almost $15.00 dollars per sub andthis is what you give me? Never have I been to a Quiznos that ripped me off like this place did. IT WAS THE OWNER who made mysub too. I absolutely love Quiznos, but not this location. I don't know what you need to do, but fix this right away. I need ameal, not a snack made for a child. Read more

Didnt like todays eperiance at quiznos. Usally once you order a food you can choose your topping just like subway how ever for... some reason they changed their policies. "Suddenly its extra 2$ for salt and pepper and bananna peppers"... Ill be dinning atsubway for cheeper prices. Read more
The food looks good but after paying $35 for food and I ask for honey mustard they try to say it's extra. Pre-Covid the honey... mustard was available for customers to fill their own containers yet now that it's behind the counter they think they can chargeextra. Then when after complaining they finally gave me what I asked for but barely put any in each container. So they areuseless and you can't dip anything in them. This customer service is ridiculous and I won't be back. I wouldnt recommend thisplace to anyone who expects the service they used to offer. Update a year later I figured I'd give them another chance and theystill think after paying over $30 for two subs that it is appropriate to charge for dip that was free Pre-Covid. Read more
Smallest sub I have ever had from Quiznos . Won't be eating here again
In my first experience here the woman who took my order did not pass on my information to the person making my order which... resulted in cheese being added when I specifically requested no cheese and when the person making my order confirmed with thelady who took my order she didn't really seem to care. She was taking payment and then when I had finished, she immediatelystarted talking on her cell phone. The washroom did not appear very clean, the waste basket and the paper towel dispenser lookedlike they hadn't been cleaned in months. I'm also not a fan of there being a tip option on the debit machine for a restaurantthat serves basically fast food. My first time dining here at the restaurant in Grande Prairie and had the worst experience. I asked for our sandwiches to be cut... through the paper and the Asian cashier response was that she?s too busy to do that and I should have told her before. Iresponded that you cut it without asking and now I am telling you. She is then going to tell me to do it by myself and if I needextra paper. I am disappointed beyond disappointed for this reaction to a customer with her being blatantly rude. I literallythrew my sandwich in the garbage because I no longer wanted it or to even eat from persons like this. Read more
