Special ordered a pizza, didn?t want Alfredo sauce which it came with and sub?d it for pizza sauce as I have a mild allergy to... most cream based sauces, basically I get super itchy and blotchy. I was assured it didn?t have it at check out. I didn?t checkas I took the servers word on it, I know better. Got home fed the dog, took a bite as i was hungry and spit it out immediately.Ramona?s was apologetic and is refunding the money via e-transfer. I?ll update when I receive that. Pizza is in the garbage andI?m off to get some Benadryl in case I break out. Garlic fingers look tasty though, sadly those were not for me. Edit: ended upgetting the refund eventually after I stopped back into the store . They refunded me the money, and apologized. For the screwup. I?m not sure I?ll ever go back to two or three times. Made and order for 4 pizzas, one with dairy free cheese. They forgot one, went back to the store to get it they had to make it... because they missed it in the order. They forgot about me waiting in the store, asked after 30 minutes where my pizza was. we?renow 2 hours into the pizza endeavour, no offer to discount or try to right their mistake. My son had been telling me how their pizza was the best, so went by the other day with my wife and daughter. I had the Italian... sausage, and have to confess I ate a whole personal size. Absolutely fantastic, loads of sausage and hot peppers, great crust,crispy and chewy both, and cheese galore. By far the best pizza I've had here in GP. It was almost like a Chicago deep dish, andI've eaten in Chicago. Service was also very good, friendly staff. Will be going back 100% for my next cheat day. Read more

The pizza style is a pan pizza. We ordered The Boss and the Donair pizza. Between the 2, we liked the Donair pizza more. It was... alright, kind of a mediocre pizza. More for take out than a sit down pizza. The boss' pizza's topping was okay, but you can'treally tell which meat you're biting on because of the cheese crust on top. The Donair pizza had very generous toppings, butthere's nothing special about it either. Service was a bit slow, but I think they might just be understaffed just like any otherplace right now. Our server was very friendly. When we gave a negative feedback about our pizza, she offered us a discount,which we refused because we only wanted to give our feedback, that's all. If you like the kind of pizza with the crispy cheesecrust on top that covers all the toppings, you might like this place more than we did. All in all, it was good, but I don'tthink we will go back.
