Met the rudest employee I've ever encountered at any restaurant in GP at the west side location. Since when was it acceptable to... yell at a customer for trying to use a bathroom they were told to use by another employee? Wonderful customer service! Double tall latte was perfect and hot chocolate- stirred so both were well mixed and yummy. They... even drew little hearts on the hot chocolate lid which made me smile when I saw them. Good job! Read more
