I find that you don't get the same customer service treatment when going through the drive through versus inside. Stopped to... grab subs before picking up kids from school. Both subs were supposed to be toasted while the one was supposed to be extratoasted. They were barely toasted and all the location could do was remake them. Even when I specified that option didn't workfor us unless they were offering a credit for another time and the young man repeated I can only remake them. Read more

Yesterday I went in to get a sub, the employees took out a measuring scale and weighed out the meat for the sub which was enough... meat for a 6 inch sub on my 12 inch sandwich. I walked out on them midway and I won't be coming back to this location again. Read more
the server today has a 5 year badge on her hat, and her skills showed, i give the 5 stars due to she was a sandwhich artist.... this woman was kind assertive listened to what i asked for, then made my sandwhich look like the poster in the lobby. thepleasure i had enjoy this is worth the rating.
