The new staff needs to get it together! There was no soup and no veggies. I was the only customer there and it took 15 minutes... to make my sandwich. Had to repeat myself every 30 seconds because they couldn't remember what I just said. I am a regularcustomer and this is the second time I had to deal with them. First I thought they were just new so I let it slide but todaythey were training up the new guy! Read more
I show up 45min before my shift starts and wait for 30min without anyone in the store. I used to be a regular that everyday i... would eat there and they had stuff that was good at there jobs like 10min and anyone out the door now 30 mins to just for onesub. If you have 30min to spare go there or you'll be late lots. I think im going to take my business somewhere else ive spendover $500 in two weeks time just on subs alone. I miss the old staff that they had. Oh and the old staff can create differentsubs and taste amazing. New staff dont know nothing. Read more

I've come to this subway often for nearly 7 years now. The service from the employees has been consistently great. Just like the... employees there food service has been fast, tasty and always has me returning. Negative: The lines get long come noon time dueto the industrial park and school so close by. Probably could use one more employee during these times but it does die downagain at 1so I don't blame them. Get there early! As far as fast food and subways goes, this is my favorite one to go and eatat. Read more
I absolutely love subway and when we do get the chance to go, we usually go to this one, just because it?s in our neighbourhood... but in my opinion, it is the worst one I?ve been to in gp. Toppings are sparse almost every single time I?ve been in there andthe bread is usually very hard and crusty or chewy. (Today happened to be a good day for as far as bread freshness went) thestaff is usually pleasant but service is average. If going to a subway in GP, I highly suggest going to the one on the southwest end across from Eastlink center. They always have the freshest bread, biggest smiles and toppings for days.have never had abad experience there or left hungry. Read more
