I bought the following items! Xlarge green tea Large ice cap 2 apple juice (for my children) I then requested 2 cups w/lids, ice... and straws, to which u was told I had to pay. I said okay then I would like you to put the straw in the apple juice withouttaking the cover off. They stood there scratching their heads for a minute and still made me pay for the cops even though I hadjust made a purchase. I understand if I'm just getting a cup of water but the fact I just spent $15 and you make me run my debitagain for .20 cents. Food is usually acceptable, but the drive through never gives you napkins or ketchup.
I used to work here, lasted about a month, Manager was rude and was super hesitant to give me proper hours. I'm 16 and go too... online school but that doesn't mean I can work 5 days a week 8 hours a day???? they were unreasonable with how fast we weresusposed to get drive thru orders done. People who physically came into the store were forced to have to wait a long time forthere food so we could get our drive thru orders done in 28 seconds which we never did anyway. Staff were mean and toxic to eachother talked behind each other's back, talked rudely about others In other languages ect. And it was just genuinely justunorganized and chaotic I hope this gets fixed :) Read more

She asked if we wanted slow cooked or crispy chicken but repeated her self in a rude manner and even hadraised her voice when we didn?t respond right away. Most times service is pretty good. But I do like it better when they say good morning or good afternoon before they take your... order. They don't always. And I like my coffee stirred not have sugar left sitting on the bottom of my cup. I miss it when theyput smiles faces on the tops of my cups. It's not petty. Just makes service that much better when they serve with greeting and asmile. Other than that, I'm happy to continue to get my coffee and food most days. Read more
I moved into the neighborhood 2 years ago and had coffee at this place every day sometimes 4 times a day. I recently quit... drinking their coffee. A week into quitting I had headaches, insomnia and nightsweats for multiple nights. I don't drink thiscoffee anymore. Read more
