We ordered 2 xl hot chocolates and they filled them up halfway, I asked for a sleeve and didn?t even receive one after waiting... for fifteen minutes. Also saw them drop a sandwich on the floor in the cooking area behind the till and just pick it up andserve it through the drive thru window. 0/10 Read more
It was great until I had to wait. The young lady at the counter was so sweet, I think she was still learning and she was... adorable. Then I had to wait. And while I was waiting I was blessed???? with a worker named Shanda verbally abusing hercoworkers because they made a wrap instead of a bowl. I?m surprised nobody has complained about her because this isn?t the firsttime I?ve seen or heard it happen. But there was a line of us waiting and it was her fault they made it wrong due to herpunching in a wrap and not a bowl. But that didn?t stop her from yelling at the kitchen staff saying I punched the item in rightso it?s not my fault you can?t read the screen? amongst other things. Was absolutely ridiculous and the line of customers allaround me were looking around and shaking their heads in disbelief. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for behaviour. If shewas a part of my staff she would no longer be employed. Read more

I would like to thank the staff, tonight they made a dozen "every child matters" donuts for me when there were none at the tim... hortons near me and refused to make any. I was told on the phone they had 4 and when I brought up my concern the donuts may notbe there when I arrived, I was told they would happily make them and that really made me feel appreciated as a customer. Icouldn't be happier with the delicious donuts, they were so nice I decided to share them with some folks hanging out downtownwhile making my way home. Thanks again Read more
I dont normally review timmies...but the town center location sucks. Everytime I go there my coffee is mediocre at best. ... Today, the lid said 3sug. I asked for a regular. When I gave it back and said no thank you it's supposed to be a one ans one.. Iwatched her rub the "3sug" off the lid and try giving it back to me. I rejected it, they made a new one that is all cream. ONEAND ONE. Not one and 5. My iced coffee is barely coffee tinted cream with too much syrup AND the breakfast wrap was gross. I'mthankful there are other tim horton locations near by because I will not be going to that one anymore even though it's closestto my new place.
