No accountability, save yourself a head ache and go to a different Tims. Unfortunately staff make no effort to communicate... clearly or have the care to pay attention during orders. 2 days 2 mixed up orders from the exact same lady. When asked about itit was shrugged off as if it was my no fault. Pretty pathetic customer service for fast food. Read more

Very bad service. They dnt say hello or hi. A girl she took my order 30 may 12:15 pm. Staring at my face and no smile. she was... little short in height. Please teach her some manners. I guess she need a more training. Read more

Went in drivethru to be asked my order by the stupid automated robot then to be told hold on a minute for the single vehicle in... front of to drive all the way to the window for the girl to serve before wanting to take my order second time this has happenedthankfully no cars behind me was able to go to Starbucks which I def am staying at no point in wasting my time on this terribleservice but keep it up one at a time girl great job maybe for the tills inside ???????? "open 24 hours", cars in the parking lot, lights on, yet not a soul to take your order at night. Been twice this week in the... early hours of the morning and no one. Sat at the order box calling out "hello" to try and get someone's attention, nothing.Pull up to the window and there's no sign of life. Other times when i do get service, 9 times out of 10 my order is wrongsomehow. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the one across the way beside Superstore, you actually get service and myorder has never been wrong there. Read more
