Waited for 8 + minutes for a coffee. Juat after 10 am.
I am a student at GPRC. I enjoy the service for the most part however one employee in particular is extremely snotty and rude to... everyone. She?s about 5?4, dark skin, brown eyes brown hair. She is blunt and rude to everyone that goes through the till. Iwork in customer service and know you can?t treat people that way. Read more
It?s pretty bad when you show up for an event at the college and there is still 30mins before the cafe closes and you can?t get... a coffee because they have already clean the machine. Good customer service would usually mean that a guest can get coffee orLondon Fog right up until close. Read more
Very very slow always
Staff is good except one lady who doesn?t even know how to talk to a customer if you just want to change your order she starts... yelling at you it happens to me and some of my friends too.She really needs to learn about customer service. Read more
this place is so disorganized its not even funny. Every time (aound 10am) i come here there is a cluster of people waiting for... their stuff next to the line because its the only place to wait. when they call out orders it comes out in parts so you canttell if its yours or someone elses. some of the staff can also be pretty impatient and rude. using a number or name system wouldhelp a lot Read more
Great staff, decent time frame considering how much I had to order. Only giving two stars because I asked several times for them... to make sure I didn't have any raspberry timbits (severe allergy) And of course there's a bunch in the box. Read more
