Usually when a business has its open times posted they abide by that. If it is 5:00 am, the staff is there at 4:00 or 4:30... preparing to open. They don?t get there at 5:00 am to 6:00 am. My start time at my job is 6:00. I leave at 5:00 to be there andprepare to start at 6:00. Many times I have stopped here at this Hardee?s at 5:10 and they are not open. A few times I waswaiting till 5:30. I keep going to work without breakfast because this place is not managed properly! Read more

Go when it's busy, at least you might get some fresh food. Mediocre when I went. The cashier seemed like he wasn't having a good... day, I said "have a good day" and he just looked at me and closed the window. Was gonna give him a tip but said f it. This place supposed to open at 5:00 a.m. they are never open at 5:00 a.m. I'm sitting here at 5:45 a.m. and this store is still... not open. They really need to pay their employees a living wage so that they'll actually want to come to work. Read more
Has to be the worst place to eat in Grandview and surrounding areas. I've been here twice and both times I've had issues... and horrible service. First time was 20 minutes to get food and people after me were getting orders until I complained. Icalled to complain and was told GM or someone was going to call me back. No one ever did. My visit the other day I paid andwas told it didn't go through so I paid again onl to be told by incompetent cashier that my first time paying went through after all. I asked if I had then been charged twice and was met with silence and deer in the headlights look. Food hasn'tbeen that good to deal with these issues. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Great service, great food! Forgot to ask for ketchup. That would have topped it off! The sandwich had lettuce, pickle and a... special relish type mayo. It was fresh and so we're the curly fries. The cherry Coke topped it all off. It was larger thanexpected. I ordered a medium and well worth it. Read more
If I could negative stars I would. I stopped at this location and wanted to order in the dining room. I couldn?t use the drive... thru if I wanted to do to driving a larger truck. 2 employees seen me standing at the door. They did not come to tell me thelobby was closed or let me in. I even tried to call the store and no answer. Will not come back! Read more
