So I placed an order for a jr double and a DP about 2 weeks ago, when I got my burger the bun was hard and the meat was old,... drive thru attendant didn?t give me my receipt of course but I called back as soon as I pulled off as work only allows a 30 minlunch so I had no time to go right back spoke to a woman that day said she took my name come get replaced. I call today toverify there is a new GM Shelly a man, told him what was going on he was happy to replace, but even though it was made fresh itis full of mustard and grease and a pinkish color, blood from the Pattie?s I?ve worked at sonic almost 20 years so I am wellaware what it is I tried to eat but the 2nd bite I just couldn?t stomach any longer. I hate to do this but this is notacceptable you can make someone very sick. Please do better. Read more

They are never accepting app orders. Don't know who the new manager is but they are going to put this location out of business.... Burgers regularly dried out from setting so long. This location used to be so much better. Would rather go to quick trip thanhere until this get this location fixed. Read more

The steps to improve service at this location have been in place for a substantial amount of time. The improvements were reached... early on, thanks to a dedicated manager and quality employees. Blue Ridge/I-470 Sonic is back to being a great place to get yourSonic experience! I'm glad they worked so hard. Good job! Read more

My kids and I absolutely love this place because they make everything perfect... EXCEPT when CHRISTINE or CHRISTY or whatever... that managers name is. Every time she is there our experience is just horrible. Nothing is made correctly. Its like theemployees know they can jack around when she is there. I mean... how do you get "Dr. Pepper no ice" wrong!!!? Lol, It bafflesme. But as long as she is not in the building then this place and all the employees ROCK!!! Read more

Nothing like waiting over 15 minutes for 3 shakes with only 1 other car in the parking lot with 6 employees ?working.? Plus... couldn?t make any blasts either because conveniently the machine was down. Read more

Refused to make a grilled cheese sandwich at 9pm claiming the grill was closed for the night but at the same time made me a... bacon cheeseburger? Awful service and bad attitude from staff. Food was not good. Waited 30+ minutes for a cold cheeseburger andsoggy popcorn chicken. Another person pulled up 5 minutes after me and was told they weren?t serving anymore for the night dueto short staffing and too many online orders. Meanwhile staff was inside laughing and playing around in the kitchen. At onepoint two of the workers came outside to meet a few people who had walked up and were standing outside talking and hanging out. Read more

I placed my order with no meat for a reason. I?m highly intolerant to pork and it will literally make me vomit for hours. This... is what I received. The burrito wasn?t hot or melted, there was ONE jalapeño in it, and looks like they had made it with meatand then realized they messed up and tried to pick it out. A complete waste of my money. Food always sucks here! Always double dipped and cold!!! How is one to eat their burrito in a car when there is a huge hole in... the side of it and everything falls out?????
